A classically trained singer, sustainability enthusiast, and explorer of uncharted locations on the world map, Binu Jacob – Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer at Black Rock IT Solutions – makes wearing many hats look effortless.

Binu is a visionary with a proven track record for driving growth over his 30 years of professional experience. He has a Master’s in Management and Systems from IIT Delhi and an Engineering degree in Applied Electronics and Instrumentation from the College of Engineering, Trivandrum. He is also a former Secretary and Board Member of the Group of Technology Companies (GTech) - the industry body of Information Technology (IT) and Business Process Management (BPM) organizations in Kerala.

Apart from his responsibilities at Experion, the artist in him is currently crafting his masterpiece – an ecovillage for minimalistic living that brings together his vision for the environment, sustainability, community living, and agriculture, bringing together like-minded friends.

Based in Dallas, Texas, Manoj Balraj has 23 years of experience spanning Business Strategy, Global Sales, General Management, and Technology. He has worked with various software companies where he also set up and led global sales organizations.

At Experion, Manoj focuses on leading global sales and marketing efforts and retaining Experion’s edge as one of the best-known global digital solutions companies. Manoj completed his Mechanical Engineering and an MBA in Marketing and Operations.

He is an active mentor who fosters youth entrepreneurship and volunteers at various non-profit organizations. During his spare time, Manoj dabbles in filmmaking, amateur poetry, and live theater.

A tech enthusiast known for his exemplary technical advisory skills and a keen interest in emerging technologies in diverse fields, Sreekumar Pillai – Partner and Chief Technology Officer at Black Rock IT Solutions – makes niche technology look simple. An alumnus of BITS Pilani, Sreekumar is a future-forward visionary with a proven track record for driving growth through his impeccable technical direction and strategy. He has over two decades of professional experience and has worked with various clients from The United States, Europe, and Asia.

When he isn’t busy enabling clients to harness trailblazing technology, Sreekumar is a fitness enthusiast who enjoys running marathons. He also loves to travel and enjoys strolling through the less-explored corners of tourist spots.

Suresh V P is the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Black Rock IT Solutions and brings over three decades of experience mentoring and coaching technology-focused leaders. With his hands-on experience in building and implementing strategies for resource planning, hiring, budgeting, managing a multi-disciplinary team, and tracking profits and losses, Suresh acts as a catalyst for Experion’s growth.

Before co-founding Experion, Suresh was the Vice-President at IBS Software Services, where he was heading its Bangalore operations and was responsible for developing and growing business-critical software products for leading global airlines and airports. He has also played key leadership roles in organizations such as GE, Mphasis, and EDS. Suresh has in-depth international experience in Product Engineering & Implementation and the Software Services industry with an outstanding track record in leading and growing small to large business units.

Suresh holds a Master’s in Computer Applications from Bharathiar University, Tamil Nadu.

Mr. Jaimy Thomas has rich professional experience of over 30 years in the software engineering, instrumentation, and heavy engineering domains.

Jaimy moved to blackrock with its co-founders and has since taken up handling the entire gamut of Service Delivery Operations. He has dealt with the end-to-end delivery of projects of all forms and sizes for companies as varied as Fortune 500 giants to day-old start-ups. He is known as a man of few words with incredible attention to detail. A business leader who constantly advocates the value of objective thinking and logical analysis, he believes his teams speak for themselves with their engineering competence.

As an avid runner, Jaimy has participated in over 30 marathons in different countries.

A top performer in his professional journey and academics, Jaimy holds a Bachelor of Technology Degree in Applied Electronics and Instrumentation from the College of Engineering, Trivandrum.
